The details you submit voluntarily in a form: name, email address, country, professional role, and details of your clinic, company or institution.
Masterclass priority waitlist registrations, including the marketing consent you give and the time of registration.
Information you provide when requesting a consultation, a referral or a course place — including any health history, dental history or records you choose to attach.
Basic technical data required to serve the website securely.

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation or a course place, and send the educational and masterclass updates you asked for.
Clinical information you share is used only to prepare and advise on your consultation with Dr. Cavalletto.
Your details are never sold, and they are not used for advertising.

Records and images you attach are stored in the application's private file storage and are accessed only through time-limited links by Dr. Cavalletto and her team.
Submission records are readable only by the app's administrators.

Form submissions (waitlist registrations and professional enquiries) are stored in this website's database and visible only to the account administrator and the platform that hosts the database.
Access rules are enforced at database level, not just in the interface: a visitor or logged-in user who is not an administrator cannot read these records.

This website does not set advertising, profiling or marketing cookies.
Your browser stores a small amount of data so the site works correctly — for example, remembering that you have already seen the cookie notice, and keeping you signed in if you have an account.
Clearing your browser storage removes this data; the cookie notice will simply appear again.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time, including by asking to be removed from the waitlist or the newsletter.
You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by writing to the address below.
